Good evening Rams,

I am sending out the directions on how to download the Scoreboard FR app (fundraising company) and how to use it to raise money for our program. You can find them attached to this email along with an in-depth explanation of how the app works and its security features to safeguard your data.

In short, this fundraiser is a text-a-thon. We are creating a profile on the app with our swimmer's name and your email address to send out text messages from the app to try and raise money through donations. You may also share their link through social media and email from the app. I will be at practice on Thursday to assist anyone who needs help with the app beyond what the attached walk-through guide can offer. 

Team Fundraising Goal: $2500 Team Total

***Swimmer with the highest total raised will get a free pair of goggles from me, and their parent a Starbucks Gift Card***

- This total will help us cover ay remaining cost this season and have some to roll over into next season and purchase equipment for the program. The costs this season includes a $700 purchase for Hy-Tek (a program that manages the swim meets), pool fees, and meet entry fees. 

I cannot thank you enough on behalf of the coaches and myself for all of your effort and dedication to our swimmers. If you check the SwimTopia app, you can see what events your swimmer is entered for by clicking on the swim meet from the home screen and selecting your swimmer.
