Norcross sent over the heat sheet (attached below) and updated warmup times. We will be warming up at 6:45 now and not starting the meet until 7:15 PM to allow all three teams a good amount of warmup time. Please still plan to arrive by 6:15 PM to ensure we are all there and ready. Let’s go out and get better today, Go Rams!
