Good afternoon Middle School Rams,

Please make sure to read this email in its entirety, we have a lot of things to get done prior to our first swim meet in two weeks!

• We need to have times for our relays and for our first meet, so we will do a time trial on Thursday, 10/27 at practice. We will need about 4-5 parents to assist Coach Jenna & me with timing to make that day go efficiently. Makes sure all of our swimmers are there that day.
• We need some more sales on our Honeybaked Ham fundraiser! We are looking to make at least $500 on it (the goal on the website is lofty, but hey why not?) and we currently are way behind. Please share the link below with your email lists, social media, and family. The swimmer that gets the most sales will get a team jacket on us! Honeybaked Ham Fundraiser
• Sponsorships: we currently have 5 sponsors locked in for our program, we are still looking for a couple more to complete our team banner! Please consider being a sponsor and fill out the form linked below and return it to me. I need this by 10/20/2022. Grayson Swim Club Sponsorship Form
• Our team stores are still open! Please consider getting some team swim gear from Reddiset & some team spirit gear from Embroidery Express! These stores will close on 10/21 to ensure adequate time for delivery!
