Middle School Ram,

Due to some facility schedule changes for the Collins Hill Aquatic Center, we had to move the swim meet to the evening. Please find the itinerary and other instructions for it here:

Swim/Dive Tri-meet 

Collins Hill vs. Peachtree Ridge vs. Grayson Middle School 

Meet Date – Saturday, November 2, 2024 

• 6:00 p.m. Workers may enter the facility to set up 
• 6:15 p.m. Swimmers/Divers allowed to enter the building 
• 6:30 p.m. Swimmers/Divers may enter the water 
• 6:30 p.m. Spectators may enter the building (No deck access) 
• 7:00 p.m. Timers Meeting
• 7:20 p.m. Official Meet Start Time 

Location – Collins Hill Aquatic Center: 2200 Collins Hill Road, Lawrenceville 

Parking - Due to the Collins Hill HS Homecoming Dance, parking will be limited, and overflow parking will be across the street at Collins Hill Park. Please plan accordingly based on the itinerary for a 5-10-minute walk from the park to the aquatic center

Warm-ups - 

• 6:30 – 6:50 pm Collins Hill MS – lanes 1 - 5 
• 6:30 – 7:10 pm Grayson MS - lanes 6, 7, 10 
• 6:50 – 7:10 pm Collins Hill MS – lanes 1 - 5 

Events - All swimmers can swim in 2 individual events and up to 2 relays. However, we have a limit on how many swimmers can be in some events and relays as a team.

Meet Lane Assignment - Grayson Swim Club will have lanes 4, 7, and 10 throughout the meet so that you can find your swimmers!

Scoring Format -

RSVP/Volunteers -

• Please RSVP and sign up to volunteer by Tuesday, 10/29, at 10 PM
• Swimmers must state whether they will attend, and coaches will seed the meet.
• We need ten total timers, 5 for each half.
• I have made the snack and drink sign-up part of the RSVP. Drinks should be water or sports drinks and snacks. We will have a table set up in the hallway near the back of the foyer for these snacks with our team sign.

Gear - 

I have placed the order for our gear based on our swim numbers. It should be here by Thursday, but if it is not, we will try our best without it! We will at least have some spare caps to give out from previous years that need them. I will keep everyone posted.
