Please read the information below regarding our second meet next week. All swimmers are expected to wear their Grayson Swim Club swag from this season and their team swim caps at all remaining swim meets:

Itinerary:

• 6:45 AM - Set Up Crew Report to get tables
• 7:00 AM - Swimmers/Parents can enter the deck & building
• 7:15 AM - Warm Ups Start
• 7:30 AM - Judges meeting
• 7:40 AM - Timers Meeting
• 8:05 AM - Meet Starts

RSVP & Job Sign Up:

• Due: Tuesday, 11/12

We are the home team for this meet, so we are providing a good bit of the volunteers. We need all hands on deck, specifically with timing and stroke & turn judges. I know I got plenty of my judges from summer league (I may or may not have access to that list 😇). Volunteers are going to be at their positions the entire meet (this is typical of high school meets).
